Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid products, memberships, premium features, and promotional services offered through  Travel Team Hero (“Travel Team Hero,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By purchasing a paid product or subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Paid Services

Travel Team Hero may offer paid services including, but not limited to:

  • Parent Pro memberships

  • Premium search tools

  • Tryout alerts

  • Featured listings

  • Promoted placements

  • Team profile pages

  • Advertising opportunities

  • Digital products and templates

Features and pricing may change over time.

2. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

3. One-Time Purchases

Certain products or services may be sold as one-time purchases.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • one-time purchases do not automatically renew

  • access terms may vary by product

  • pricing may change in the future

4. Subscription Services

Certain services may later be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

If recurring billing applies:

  • billing frequency will be disclosed at checkout

  • subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

  • you may cancel future renewals at any time

Cancellation does not retroactively refund prior charges.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Travel Team Hero may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in limited circumstances.

6. Featured and Promoted Listings

Paid or featured listings:

  • do not guarantee athlete placement

  • do not guarantee exposure, inquiries, or recruitment outcomes

  • may be labeled as Featured, Sponsored, or Promoted

Travel Team Hero reserves the right to refuse or remove promotional content that violates our policies or community standards.

7. Account Sharing and Misuse

Paid access is intended only for the purchaser or authorized users within the purchased plan.

Users may not:

  • share restricted access links

  • scrape or export protected data

  • redistribute premium content

  • misuse alerts or notification systems

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Availability of Services

We strive to maintain reliable access to the Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Features, tools, alerts, databases, and services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

9. Pricing Changes

Travel Team Hero reserves the right to modify pricing for future purchases or renewals at any time.

Pricing changes will not retroactively affect completed purchases.

10. Limitation of Liability

Travel Team Hero is not responsible for:

  • missed tryouts

  • inaccurate listings

  • delayed alerts

  • recruiting outcomes

  • team decisions

  • technical interruptions

  • loss of data

  • third-party actions

Paid services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
