Welcome to Travel Team Hero and the Travel Team Hero Tryout Tracker (“Platform”). By accessing or using our website, services, tools, membership features, or databases, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Travel Team Hero

Travel Team Hero provides tools, resources, databases, templates, memberships, and organizational systems for travel sports teams, parents, coaches, and program administrators.

This includes the Tryout Tracker, which aggregates and displays tryout information submitted by teams, coaches, organizations, and users.

2. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit tryout listings, team information, links, schedules, facility information, logos, graphics, and related content (“User Content”).

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have permission to share the content

  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

  • The content is not misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful

Travel Team Hero reserves the right to edit, remove, reject, or modify any content at our sole discretion.

3. Accuracy of Information

Travel Team Hero does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any tryout listing or team information.

Tryout dates, roster needs, locations, fees, schedules, and contact information may change without notice.

Users are responsible for independently verifying information directly with teams or organizations before making decisions, attending events, or incurring expenses.

4. No Guarantee of Placement or Recruitment

Travel Team Hero does not guarantee:

  • Team placement

  • Athlete recruitment

  • Playing time

  • Scholarships

  • Team selection

  • Exposure opportunities

  • Responses from coaches or organizations

The Platform is an informational tool only.

5. Parent Pro and Paid Features

Certain features may require payment, including Parent Pro memberships, promoted listings, featured placements, alerts, or premium tools.

By purchasing a paid feature, you agree that:

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

  • Access may be limited, modified, or discontinued at any time

  • Pricing may change in the future

  • Abuse, sharing, scraping, or misuse of paid tools may result in termination without refund

If you later decide to move Parent Pro to recurring billing, this section can be expanded to include automatic renewal language.

6. Coach and Team Listings

Programs, coaches, and organizations are responsible for maintaining accurate and current listing information.

Travel Team Hero reserves the right to:

  • Remove duplicate listings

  • Remove outdated listings

  • Label promoted or featured listings

  • Limit excessive submissions

  • Remove content that violates community standards

Submission of a listing does not guarantee publication or visibility.

7. Notifications and Alerts

Users may opt into email or text notifications related to tryouts, updates, or platform features.

Delivery timing and availability are not guaranteed. Travel Team Hero is not responsible for delayed, failed, or missed notifications.

Users may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or copy database content

  • Use bots or automated extraction tools

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Platform

  • Spam teams or users

  • Submit false information

  • Interfere with site performance or security

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, graphics, database structures, templates, copy, and proprietary systems belonging to Travel Team Hero are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

User-submitted content remains the property of the original owner, but by submitting content, you grant Travel Team Hero a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, modify, and promote that content in connection with the Platform.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, registration systems, payment processors, social media pages, or external tools.

Travel Team Hero is not responsible for third-party content, policies, services, or actions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Team Hero and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of the Platform

  • Inaccurate listings

  • Missed tryouts

  • Team decisions

  • Technical outages

  • Data loss

  • Third-party conduct

  • User interactions

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travel Team Hero from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your submitted content

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of another party

13. Changes to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

14. Changes to These Terms

Travel Team Hero may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
